Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m on HP 15t-dc100 CTO. So I’m having charging issues on my gaming laptop again. I bought a new adapter, a new battery, did hp diagnostics and it all passed. Few days later when I plug in my charger, it goes from amber light to just white light permanently unless I switch sockets for the adapter and even so I get the same issue. I tried every standard I have seen on here and nothing. Updated bios too. And if I leave off the charger it is impossible to charge it unless I keep moving the plug in the charger port around. When I move my laptop, it turns off by itself now. So I don’t know what to do. I tried calling HP center for 3 days and always on hold longer than 30 minutes so that’s not helping a customer there. Is there a fix?

I ran out 2 years ago but I bought the HP Care Pack last week. I tried to look for more info to get more time but nothing sadly

I can’t even turn it on because the battery is very low and it won’t charge at all so I’m praying if the charger works again

Not anymore but I have HP Care Pack hence I already started calling their centers and no one apparently works there since no one picks up a phone after a long wait time.
