I need to re-install the system.

However, the start menu and the Microsoft App Store won't open.  I can't download HP Cloud Recovery tool from Microsoft app store!

I need a download link for HP Cloud Recovery tool. (not from Microsoft App Store). Or maybe someone can share it via google drive?

You guys really should provide the download link of the HP Recovery tool on HP official website, instead of letting users go to the Microsoft Store.
Have you not considered that the Microsoft Store will not work when the system is corrupted?

I have zipped up and attached the Cloud recovery tool below.

 

The attached version is what HP used to supply until they moved it to the Microsoft Store.
