Microsoft Windows 11

Hi my number 7/home key has broken and I need a replacement for my Laptop - 17-cd1007na. How or where do you get new keys from?

 Cheers

Broken?  Do you mean it popped off, the plastic is cracked in half or the key is still attached to the computer but doesn't work? If it popped off you may be able to snap it back on.  If it is cracked in half I don't know, maybe you can find a new one and snap it on.  If it is not working then you might try a USB keyboard to verify it is a mechanical issue with your keyboard and not some other system software issue. I've been thru 2 new keyboards on my OMEN 17. One replaced under warranty and the second one replaced myself because the keys would work intermittently. I would have to press the "a" key multiple times to get an  "a" or I would get multiples of the "a" repeated.
