Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone, recently i bought a new PC on HP (Victus Gaming Laptop 16-r1xxx) but even though i tried every way i cant find a sound control panel for my settings.
Summary:

I got the latest audio drivers in the universe

I got the latest Windows 11 version in the universe and i'm updated right now

I got the latest BIOS version in the universe (recently updated)
Cant download B&O audio control on Microsoft Store (code:0x803FB005)
Cant download Realtek audio control on Microsoft Store (code:0x803FB005)
Downloaded myHp but equalizer does not appear

What should i do right now?
