Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want hp to call back my 2016 hp omen 17 and get it fixed . It's clearly an engineering error by which the hinges of the laptop broke of just after 1year of use . I've never seen a laptop break like this. The two hinges broke and the damage caused small scratches on my 4k display. 

Most of top brand call back their products when they find such faults. This is not just my case. 1000 of 2016 omen laptops have the same issue. It is clear negligence from the side of Hewlett Packard. My laptop has been broken from past 6months and i still couldn't get it fixed .

Wow that really sucks! I hope they take car of this! I remember reading about hinge problems with HP just couldn't remember on which laptop.

They are not at all interested in helping me out. All the do is redirect me to the self help webpage of theirs which of no help.
