I want to disable vysnc in a 2d platformer im playing on this thing in the parkinglot before school, but there seems to be no way to open the intel graphics control panel to do so.  I tried downloading the app from the windows store, but it told me that i already had a legacy app installed, so i uninstalled the drivers, installed the newest ones from intel, then tried the windows app again (intel recommends this on their website because this exact problem is apparently because of lazy manufacturers downloading legacy drivers)  anyway, still diddnt work, so i reinstalled the default drivers and im back in my original position of being unable to find the graphics control panel utility.  Is it firmware locked on this thing or something?

@KyloRen , welcome to the forum.

 

I have reviewed several documents for your laptop and find no mention of Vsync.  Here is the Maintenance and Service Guide.  Again, I read it from top to bottom with no mention of Vsync.

 

Where did you see that the laptop has Vsync?
