Fried BIOS, would be willing to buy another BIOS chip & have a tech install it. I don’t really want to spend a ton of money on a new motherboard, because I don’t have much. If anyone knows if I can just buy the BIOS chip for my Omen 17-cb0050nr, please let me know. My model has a 2080 & an i7-9750H in it.

No, you have to buy the whole new system board which contains
(a) Motherboard,
(b) CPU/Processor,
(c) Dedicated video cards,
(d) New license of Windows.
Because all above parts are on one piece of hardware called System board. Would be very expensive.
Regards.
