On the warranty status page there should be a link "Dispute Warranty" but it is not there.
I want to dispute my warranty because a family member purchased this for me as a gift in the past week and the package WAS NOT OPENED UNTIL yesterday and I says that the warranty expired the day I registered it (which was the same day(yesterday) that it arrived in the mail.
I would like to emphasize that this was bought brand new in just the past week. it was never an "openbox"
My family member purchased this through Memory Express
Can anyone help me.
EDIT: I just noticed that it says it may be a "commercial product" and that may be why the link does not show,
if this is the case, then how does my warranty work?
