Information about the Omen 15 (en-0039AX)

Is there by any chance that I can get info about the availability of the Omen 15 Ryzen 7 variant with RTX 2060. I contacted multiple stores, and there were no results. I even reached out to the WhatsApp support of HP and seems like it didn't work. Can someone suggest to me, how do I reach out to them.

Firstly you won't get OMEN Laptop 15-en0039AX anywhere on this world with RTX 2060. It is a pre built machine with the following specs

 Secondly I don't think HP markets machines ending with ax in your country.

I know the HP Omen 15-en0xxx series does have following options

• NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2060 with up to 6 GB of dedicated GDDR6 video memory
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti with up to 6 GB of dedicated GDDR6 video memory
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650Ti with up to 4 GB of dedicated GDDR6 video memory

The best places to ask are HP dealers in your country,

Thanks for the reply. I think I just did a typo, my bad. It's 37AX. The official website shows that they are available in our country.
