Microsoft Windows 11

Please help. Ive been trying for two days to repair a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0050wm (1M1F7UA). I managed to delete the bit locker. I also was able to clean "clear" the drive of all files. No matter what ive tried, I can't install windows. Ive set up the windows usb installer twice. Ive downloaded and tried every suggested IRST download suggested, and extracted them using winrar.. but i can't do anything with them in the pc, and windows installer will not recognize the internal drive. Ive verified the drive is connected and working properly in bios, but no matter what i try, windows installer can't see it, and there is no operating system on the pc anymore...what am i not doing or doing wrong?
