Hello. It's been about a month since I got my computer. All my drivers, video card are all up to date and I am using the computer in high performance mode, plugged in to the charger. The problem is that I'm experiencing instant fps drops in almost every game, but even if the fps is only 67 instead of 70, I feel instant stutter. Especially when playing CS: GO, the game has a constant stuttering problem in the first matches. When I checked the temperature, I did not encounter a problem, but sometimes the processor temperature rises above 90 degrees on the loading screens, then immediately drops to 70-80 degrees. However, I did not observe an FPS drop at such moments. I haven't even tried a game that requires a high system yet. I had the same problem today even playing Vanilla Skyrim.

 Please help me solve the problem I have tried almost everything.
