According to chapter 1 of the service manual, your notebook's M.2 slot supports NVMe SSD's.
However, the slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0 so none of the drives you listed will run at their maximum advertised read/write speeds from the PCIe Gen 3.0 NVMe slot.
Not sure any models that come with a heat sink will fit in your notebook.
Make sure that there is enough clearance between the slot and the bottom cover of the notebook if you plan on buying one with a heat sink.
A recommended PCIe Generation 3.0 NVMe SSD would be the Samsung 980 PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD.
