110ms latency on memory so much for so powerful system. i think my laptop should show less latency then now. may be of this, I have fps drops

Well, my solution has shown an improvement. Whether HP actually offers an update in a timely manner is questionable. More I can not do for you at the moment.
I would accept the current state as the solution at this point.
