Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! So I've noticed an issue, my chrome is really laggy, I click on a tab it just freezes, not sure if this is an issue with the PC or Chrome, and also how can I properly clean dust from under my PC and between the screen?

And most important, can I use an adapter from USB-c (my pc) to DP (monitor) to have 2 monitors? And if yes, can it run on 240hz?
