Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T56AV)

Laptop victus started blinking and non responsive service center is saying I should change the board completely is there anyway I can resolve this without spending a huge amount

They tried everything even the service center charged me above 2k for service they said it was fixed but  the problem wasn't fixed atall .the  independent technician is saying everything is  fine so it would be the chip issue I need the laptop for my job I don't have money  to spent 20 k for a new board
