Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U8AV)

hey, i have since i bought this pc the keyboard seems to have a map probleme (not sure how to say that english is not my first language), every time i presse "shift" the number "2" is pressed, and on my numpad when i press "number 2" it seems like its pressing "bottom arrow".

i tried to search for a solution and found nothing that was working for me, i also just reset the whole thing and i have the same problem, this is very annoying especialy in games cause without that "shift" key working propely i cant run 😞

 

please anyone have the same probleme or is it a keyboard probleme so i have to sent back this PC to hp that btw got lots of other probleme that i sucessfully solve like the sound slider and brightness slider not working cause of drivers issues
