Hello.
I'll be straightforward; as the title suggests, I need a keyboard replacement. It is my fault for not using the device properly and having it damaged. Therefore, my question is, by paying the required price of course, can I have it replaced by asking the store I've bought it from or do I have to go directly to an HP service? Other than that, I was able to find a keyboard for the same laptop but a different model, cb008nt. Would that also work without issues?
Thank you.

Firstly the good news is: keyboard for cb008nt and cb007nt are the same (given they are same color). Secondly the store where you bought your machine may simply a retailer therefore if you could not do this yourself you can contact HP Authorized repairer (if still under warranty) or any repairer (it out of warranty).
Regards.
