Laggy Recording

Hello, I have been having 2 problems, but I would like at least the recording thing fixed first.

HP Pavilion 15-aw078nr Energy Star
AMD A12-9700p Radeon r7,10 Compute cores 4c+6g  2.50 GHz

I'm not too sure what else is needed to be provided or how to get that information, but almost everytime I try to record with plays.tv or obs, my recording or playback comes out laggy or choppy and it tends to make me scrap nice clips.

try this option

first go to power option in your laptop in right -down corner than right click in bettry option than power option.

than choose the power plan hight performance.

(recommanded charger is plagin)

if problem solve than click accept as a solution

Nevermind, I decided to check if my anything needed updating, and sure enough my software needed updating. It is sonewhat laggy still, but at least I can work with it.
