I bought this HP lap top to play Microsoft Flight Simulator. The lap top is extremely overheating, power Adaptor is the same. I manage the game with the keyboard rather than a mouse or joystick, the overheating is to the point that it burns my fingers when I touch the keyboard. I bought a game computer and it should not be in this condition in 1,5 years. It was overheating when I bought it as well. If it has this problem, why is it sold as a “ game computer”? I would really love to give this back to HP and replace it with a proper game computer. By the way when I call the support( I am in Turkey) they are extremely helpful, polite and try their best. They will reset the lap top to factory conditions now to see if it is going to solve the problem, we will see.
