Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to change the timeout for the keyboard backlight to never this cant be done via the BIOS nor inside Windows 10, if anyone has a piece of software that has a workaround for this i would really appreciate it or if someone from HP reads this PLEASE fix this add something inside the OS that allows to change the timeout of the keyboard backlight.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to change the keyboard backlight settings to never.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

If the option is not available in the BIOS and then you will not be able to change it and it is by design.
