I purchased my HP laptop on 20th October 2024, but when I checked the warranty status on HP’s website, it shows that the warranty started on 24th August 2024, which is before my actual purchase date. Due to this, I am unable to claim warranty service for my device.

Additionally, my laptop has recently stopped turning on, and I urgently need to have it inspected and repaired under warranty.

I kindly request you to:
 1. Correct the warranty start date based on my purchase invoice.
 2. Assist me in initiating a warranty claim for the laptop that is not powering on.
