I have been facing an issue with my Victus i5 12th gen. The laptop tends to turn off directly without any warning.
At first, I thought maybe the battery was the issue so I plugged in the adapter and turned on the laptop. It was showing that the battery was Fully charged, but I am sure I had around 40 % charge just before it turned off.
But, here's why I am confused if the battery is the issue because when I shut it down on my own and tried to switch it on again after an hour or so, without the adapter plugged in, it was back to normal with 40% charge left. This has happened around 4 times till now and the fix is same each time, I just shut it down for around 5 or 10 mins and turn it on again and it comes back to normal.
It started at around the end of June.
It's only been an year since I bought my laptop. PLEASE HELP.
