Hi @Blprohit,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP laptop is not powering on, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check the power source: Make sure your laptop is properly plugged into a working power source. If you're using a power strip or surge protector, make sure it's turned on and functioning properly. You can also try plugging the laptop directly into a wall outlet to rule out any issues with the power source.
  • Check the battery: If your laptop has a removable battery, try removing it and then reinserting it. Make sure the battery is properly seated and that there are no loose connections. If your laptop has an internal battery, try performing a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button for 15-20 seconds.
  • Check the display: Make sure your laptop's display is functioning properly. If the display is blank or black, try adjusting the brightness settings or pressing the appropriate function key to toggle the display on/off.
  • Check for overheating: Overheating can cause a laptop to shut down or refuse to power on. Make sure your laptop's cooling system is functioning properly and that the air vents are not blocked.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
