Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1001nx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop starts freezing and loud noise this problem happen is very rare but whenever i connect for charging or lift it move it to other side it get freeze and fan starts moving to fast and laptop it not responding even though screen is on. Please help me fix it. Or tell whats the reason for it to happen.
