Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2T3A6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

3070 mobile Gpu stuck at 30 w max on battery, should go up to 100w? Any idea what might be the reason? Everything set to high power on everything all the updates done, fresh clean install of windows and drivers, bios updated.
