I have victus 16 with ryzen 5 series with gtx 1650 and almost been 2 3 years using this laptop. 2 3 months ago I started facing a problem that when I plug it, sometimes it doesn't starts charging and sometimes it does and firstly I resisted the problem but now it completely stopped charging

I understand your Victus 16 (Ryzen 5, GTX 1650) is no longer charging properly — sometimes it worked before, but now it has stopped charging completely. Since this started gradually, it could be related to the battery, charger, or charging port. Please try the following steps:
Power Reset
Shut down the laptop and unplug everything.
Hold the power button for 15 seconds.
Reconnect the charger and check if it starts charging.
Check Charger & Port
Verify that the charger LED indicator is lit when plugged in.
Inspect the charging port for dust or looseness.
If possible, test with another compatible HP charger.
Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
Restart the laptop and press F2.
Run the Battery Test and AC Adapter Test to confirm whether the battery or adapter is failing.
Update BIOS & Drivers
Visit the HP Support site for your model.
Install the latest BIOS update and chipset drivers.
