whenever i open the wifi & bluetooth menu. it freezes a bit and then starts.

Due to malware and system update most of the time laptop gets lagging or if you have any large files and folder on your desktop at that time also this happened. You can try these solutions also

  1. Update Windows and Drivers: Ensure both are up to date.
  2. Check Background Processes: Use Task Manager to close resource-heavy apps.
  3. Disable Startup Programs: Reduce the number of apps that start with Windows.
  4. Scan for Malware: Run a full system scan.
  5. Perform System File Check: Use sfc /scannow in Command Prompt.

If the issue still getting then you can ask HP Support also with their NUMBER......
