Hi @Aaditya19,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
We understand how frustrating it can be when your OMEN by HP 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop PC (16-wf0000, 755F7AV) stops charging while powered on. Let’s walk through this.
HP Recommended Steps to Resolve:
- Inspect the adapter barrel connector for any damage or debris.
- Insert the connector smoothly and fully into the DC jack in one continuous motion.
- Avoid pausing or wiggling during insertion.
- Confirm connection via:
- On-screen charging notification
- Audible charging sound
- Battery icon in Windows taskbar
