Microsoft Windows 11

Hey everyone!

For a while now I've dealt with the problem with some key getting stuck, as if it continuously getting pressed. However, the kicker is that it happens when no keys are pressed. Particularly, to my mind come two examples: the key is getting stuck right off the bat, when the OS is loading (it's indicated by issues with entering the PIN to unlock my PC); the key is getting stuck when working in my drawing soft, Krita (just randomly; I can simply work on my piece, and then I notice I can't Ctrl+Z). Thankfully, my browser has a sound indication when a key is getting pressed-that's how I understood that the weird behavior of my PC occurs because of some other key being stuck. Through some sorcery, I know that back in Windows 10 the stuck key was '-' (hyphen). Don't know if the same key is stuck in Windows 11, tho.

And nothing can be done to fix it, you can only forcefully shut down the laptop.

I tried 'massaging' keys, I turned off and on my attachable keyboard (the key was getting stuck even before I had that keyboard attached at all), Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn't work, ofc.

Now, in other threads I found the suggestions that the issue can be caused by an old version of BIOS. So, I updated it-and it did solve the issue with stuck keys during loading; but the issue during my work in Krita still persists. And it's even more frustrating if you want to record your work process or stream; cause again, the only way to fix the issue is to fully shut down PC.

I post it in the driver section, because it doesn't seem to be a mechanical issue with the keyboard. If one of the cases was resolved by updating BIOS, surely smth can be done to fix this bug when it occurs in the soft. Let me know if you need any additional details! I hope anyone can suggest smth that will work.
