Pavilion Gaming 15
Microsoft Windows 11

Suddenly one morning my laptop stopped turning on. The Power LED would occasionally flicker when pressed but wouldn't power on.  A few hours later when I tried again it randomly turned on. This continued to happen throughout the day. I can't shut down my laptop now because I don't know when it would stop powering on entirely.

I also can't play games anymore because I get 10 FPS when plugged in. On task manager, only 20-30% of the GPU is used for gaming as opposed to 80% before my laptop started having power issues. It seems the power is not getting supplied to the GPU.

Things I have tried:
1. Powering on with charger on and off.

2. Playing games with charger on and off

3. Reinstalling drivers

4. Uninstalling drivers

5. Resetting Windows

6. Running HP Diagnostics.

7. Changing power settings in Windows and NVidia Control Panel.

Nothing has fixed this for me. The laptop is only 1 year old and out of warranty. I'm very desperate. Please help me out.
