I just recently bought a new Victus Gaming Laptop around the month of April. All was good until recently where the laptop started to act up.
First it was the laptop freezing up , then the laptop was unable to enter Windows ( it would be on the loading screen forever, waited for it to load for 2 hours to no avail). Now , the laptop is not even displaying anything , not even an Automatic Repair or loading screen.
Any idea what may cause such an issue?

Hi @ZaCx00,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing some significant issues with your Victus gaming laptop. Several factors could potentially cause these problems.
- Hardware Malfunction: There might be a hardware component failure, such as a faulty hard drive, RAM module, or motherboard issue. This could explain the freezing, failure to boot into Windows, and the current lack of display.
- Software Corruption: It's also possible that there's corruption within the operating system or a critical software component, leading to the laptop's inability to boot properly.
- Driver Issues: Sometimes, incompatible or outdated drivers can cause system instability, leading to freezing and other issues.
- Overheating: Gaming laptops can generate a lot of heat, and if the cooling system isn't functioning properly or if the laptop is clogged with dust, overheating can occur, leading to performance problems and potentially hardware damage.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
