Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx

A week ago, I attempted to plug in my OMEN laptop, but I smelled some burning when I did so. The laptop will not turn on now even though it was fine before then.

 

I am currently in Japan. Everything seemed fine on the computer itself: I did not detect any physical damage. An HP representative at an EdJoin store said that I needed to contact the American part of the company because the laptop is an American model. A friend took a look at the computer and said it looks like the fan inside is dusty and that the laptop may have overheated. However, I do not know if it is adviseable for me to take the laptop apart to clean the fan. I would greatly appreciate any advice or services HP can provide to me.

Thank you very much for the suggestion, but I cannot find any way to contact HP Global Support. Could anyone please assist me?
