Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Didn’t use my laptop for a few months and now it won’t power in. After holding the battery for 30seconds multiple times, plugging it back in and trying it again, the power button still just briefly flashes with no reaction from the laptop. Unplugged the battery and repeated the process. Nothing still. Ordered a replacement battery and replaced it, still the same problem. I had the same issue within the first few months of owning it and was able to resolve it over the phone.  Any suggestions?
