My keyboard lighting was working when I first switched on my laptop. I have the wave rainbow keyboard light. Aftyer I switched off, Im not able to get it again. Now it has become a static light purple colour. 

 

My lighting option isnt visible in the command centre as well. Lighting studio says device is not compatible. But I did have the wave lighting when I bought the device!

Please help

What is your machine ? Does it actually have Lighting Studio option My machine (older) clearly says it has

 

                   Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO
