I'm confused about the HP website it states that my device is the Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0032dx (68Y11UA), but when I go to Product Name My Profile it says Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV) which one is it?
I currently have a 500 GB SSD and 16 GB of RAM.
What SSD and RAM are compatible with my device?
And what is the limit for RAM and SSD for my device?

Hi:
Your notebook's specific model number is Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0032dx
The Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV) is the general model series of which your notebook belongs to.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory upgrade info and the drive capacities HP offered in the model series in chapter 1.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
If you want to see if your notebook can support more than 2 x 8 GB of memory, you can run this command to see if that would be possible:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
You can most likely install a larger capacity NVMe SSD than 1 TB, but I cannot 100% guarantee that.
I don't see any reason why you couldn't.
I can only provide the information that is available from HP.
Suggested memory if the command prompt report indicates 32 GB:
Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
For a TB or 2 TB drive, I recommend the Samsung 990 Pro.
The link is to the 2 TB model.

If you want to max out the memory, this should be a compatible 32 GB memory chip:
