Loose Hinge & Screen Coming Off

Hello. I am having a known issue with my laptop with no resolution. I have a loose hinge that is causing my screen to separate from the frame each time open or adjust the screen, it is getting worse each day. The laptop has never been dropped and has been well taken care of. I use this computer on regular basis to conduct business. The warranty expired less than a year ago. Is there a way for HP to take care of this issue since it is a well-documented known issue?

Also, the battery stopped charging. Seems to also be an issue with this laptop. Thoughts?

I only purchase HP products and this laptop is making me question the quality of the brand.
