The ethernet port of my new HP Omen laptop seems lose. The ethernet cable keeps slipping out of the port.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • Are you getting the Internet connection when connected to Ethernet port?
  • Is the port loose or damaged?
  • Have checked with a different Ethernet cable?

Meanwhile, if you have checked with a different cable and still facing the same issue, then I recommend you contact HP phone support to get the port fixed.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
