Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently, by mistake I uninstalled MS Office 365 latest package with lifetime subscription. Now, I'm trying to sign using the registered email  but I'm unable to sign in.  Neither, I'm able to retrieve the product key. I am able to use the online version but unable to install them offline. How can I solve this issue?
