Hello

I have Three  problems 

1, when I start my laptop  000.1 sec the cmd was open I don't know why??

2. when I connected my laptop on charging my SQL cmd open for sec likes 1 one 

This is a virus or maybe a  bug whatever but I don't understand this please guide me on how to fix it.

3.when I shut down my laptop one program always working remains, one file remains opens I try many times to close but that time shut down my computer shutdown anyway or I don t understand this error.

Hi, you are probably experiencing some autostart prompt windows without UI, this could be normal in some situations. 

To solve you could check applications starting at boot or uninstall/reinstall those applications.
