Hi HP community, 

One day all of a sudden my gaming laptop suddenly wasn't able to boot up, I checked online for solutions. Then I tried booting up using windows + B, then the boot image was updated, however, my laptop did not boot up, and I had to take it to a local service center. The center did solve the issue but I ended up losing all my c drive data, plus on startup, I am getting this message" Manufacture mode is in unlock mode" and my NVIDIA 1050Ti graphics card is not detected. I would like to know how this issue can be fixed.
