Hi! I am an HP Pavilion 15-dk0050tx with Windows 10 (64-Bit) user. I want to upgrade my internal SSD to maximum capacity. I don't know which max size of SSD (NVMe M.2) is supported by my laptop?? Could you help me?

Hello @yash_7200
Your current configuration:
HP spare part number | Part Description |
L56894-001 | SSD 256GB M.2 2280 PM981 PCIe Gen3x4 |
(1) Update BIOS !
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) | F.55 Rev.A | 23.4 MB | Jun 5, 2022 | Download |
Why should you install the update ?

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
- An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
- The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
- HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.

Hello @yash_7200
I don't have a service manual link for you. In most cases 1 TB is the magic limit.
Please contact HP Support with your details:
- Bios version F.55 Rev.A
- product number (p/n)
- Desired SDD size with product link

I have visited the Authorized (Official) HP service center. Their service agent told me there is no limitation on upgrading SSD. I can upgrade any SSD I want in the NVme category. I can also choose 2TB, 1TB, 512GB, 256GB, 500GB, 250GB, etc.
