Hello 🙂

I bought this computer 2 weeks ago so its brand new, warrants and everything and it started to freeze like week ago randomly.. It does not never freeze while I'm playing any games even with ultra settings and all, but when I'm in windows, watching youtube etc. it randomly freeze. It turns off light on my keyboard and mouse, I cant do anything but to restart from power button.

It dont give any error codes, I have done all the updates from HP support and driver updates etc. but nothing seems to work.

Also I've done windows updates and all after it started to freeze but no help.

I've run all the repair scans but it just shows everything should be working good.

Is there anything I could do or do I just take this back with warrant?
