I was using my Laptop and then I was playing a video game along with using the software "Twitch". After a while or so, my screen stopped displaying anything. I tried to reset the laptop by holding the power button for 15 seconds, reinstalled the drivers (While using an external display drawing tablet). I went to the "display option" in windows and it isn't detecting the laptop's screen but it is recognizing the external display. I'm not sure what to do now.
