Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S5AV)

Hi,I bought a HP VICTUS gaming laptop 5 days ago.I never opened it's case or never dropped it or smth to damage the product.When i was playing some games i realized that right side of the computer is overheating.And when i checked the cooling fans with my hands,i realized that right side of the cooling fan doesn't work.There isn't any error messages or something and all of my drivers are updated.Please i need some help rn.

Your machine has 2 fans which are controlled by heat sensors. One fan always spins less than the other because its area is cooler therefore you may not be able to feel it is running.
