Product: Hp pavilion 15 (n011tx)

My laptop is not booting up..i tried hard reset and everything i know. My laptop is on but nothing work like if i press F11 for boot setting nothing happens i also tried win+b to update bios but nothing worked for me .. i check hardware everything is fine and i cleaned ram but nothing work.... please help me🙏
