In the Omen Comand Center, I already overclocked my RAM from 2400 to 2800, and I had no issue with that. I saw I could overclock my CPU too, there was also an intelligent option I could choose and it automatically chooses the best overclock options I guess. So I overclocked my CPU with that. It was working fine at the beginning, but I saw my RAM went back to 2400 so I overclocked my RAM again and restarted my PC. But after the restart, the screen was frozen in about 1 min. I restarted again and it was frozen again in few seconds after the restart. I couldn't move my mouse or do anything to my PC. I tried multiple times but the outcomes were the same. I went into the BIOS and tried to set the overclocking things back to default, but there was nothing in the BIOS that had to do with overclocking. When I was restarting there was something that says win 10 is not starting correctly and I could choose to do a recovery thing. I did it, but when it was frozen during the recovery. So I turned off my laptop and now when I turn it on it just says Boot Device Not Found, Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk - (3FO). I bought this laptop for about 1 and a half years ago, and I paid more than 2000 bucks for it. Please Help me out !!!!!

@John211u2 Welcome to HP Community!
Here's a list of steps you need to perform to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Perform a hard reset
HP Notebook PCs - Performing a Hard Reset or Forced Reset
Step 2: Restore BIOS default setting
Step 3: Test the hard drive using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI
Step 4: Reseat the hard drive (here's a video that shows how to re-seat the drive: Click here)
Step 5: If the tests pass, Perform an HP System Recovery
(If none of the above actions resolved the error condition, back up your personal data) and then perform an HP System Recovery on the notebook:
