Alright, so, I have been attempting to charge, I have had this laptop for around 5 months and 15 days (Standardizing out the amount of days in a month), And all of a sudden, for about 4 days already, the battery hasn't been working, apparently the adapter isn't connected, even though physically it is, I require help on this situation, It will only charge when it is in Sleep mode, Is this is a technical problem or is it something related with settings or what? I don't know, I require assistance on this, As to also help you guys with finding this problem, it only shows a white light when connected, but if I put it in a specific position, it becomes the normal orange light
Additional Information:
Product Number: X0H85UA#ABA
Charger: CT: WFTLD0CM15840R
I hope this information can help you find out the problem with my laptop or charger, I am using a wall outlet, is that good or bad? Apparently it will only charge when connected at almost the minimum, Should I get a replacement charger or what? Should I go to a computer repair shop and such to deal with this?

I have solved this problem by several restarts, nothing showed results, but after several restarts it seemed to have fixed itself
