Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-ae0000 (9J127AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm an animation student and since I left to college i decided to settle for a laptop instead of a pc. I've been struggling for an entire week to even OPEN Maya/3ds Max/Cinema 4D. Whenever I do, I immediately get an error pop up which doesn't give me that much info. When I started digging into my display settings I noticed this

There's no other option, which leads me to believe that my computer isn't communicating with the 4060. I have deleted the nvidia drivers with an external app to make sure there was no residue and redownloaded them. My windows is up to date as well as my licenses. Please help me, i'm exhausted.
