Product: OMEN-7265NGW

I don’t know what wrong with my brothers gaming laptop, it sat for a couple months, it didn’t turn on so  I plugged it in to charge to use it and it didn’t turn on still the next morning. What is wrong? Or what should I do?

What is the exact model number of this Omen.   7265NGW does not list.

When you plug in the charger, does the charge light "glow"? If not, check that the charger wall cord is firmly seated into the power brick. A laptop will normally operate without a battery or a charged battery.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
