Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1010nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the drivers, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers as I was told. In my settings, I turn the bluetooth on to get catch my ear bud, speaker, anything that runs on bluetooth. no acknowlegdment from anything on my laptop. I can screen mirror to my tv, but nothing else. Unistall, reinstall the drivers again. all ready up to date on downloads. if I have the drivers I should have it but nothing is showing.
